• Able to create and manage organic and paid social media strategies, measuring effectiveness, A/B testing, improvements to achieve ROI and gain net new customers/clients
• Conduct in-depth research on related topics in order to develop original content.
• Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the websites.
- Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
• Increase identifiable contacts, turning them into Marketable contacts and drive active contacts
• Build customer/client digital engagement journeys ensuring continuous growth of Monthly Active Users by customer type
• Deploy guidelines and playbooks in the daily operations
• Approving/supporting Digital Marketing billing and invoicing needs for the companies
• Meet with digital and Ecommerce industry representatives (i.e. vendors, agencies, media partners such as Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc. if necessary) to gain insight to best practices
• Ensure that personnel/Official records are maintained accurately & efficiently while keeping them confidential
• Ensure that an organised, up-to-date filing system is maintained for all e-marketing records
• Ensure that company and local rules, policies and regulations are followed.
• Ensure all Digital Project timelines are met
• Responsible for all website content reviews for SEO and hot-spot checks for Broken Links and updated content is maintained
• Responsible for PPC AdCopy review for all companies and ensure they are being optimized for best performance
• Spot checks on the email strategies for the companies as well as sharing best practices amongst stakeholders for effective email campaigns.
• Coordinate with the company stakeholders for day to day on-line Marketing requirements and attend performance calls
• Provide required website and E-commerce related training
• Acquire necessary trainings/certifications in Digital Marketing to be updated and remain certified within the Digital marketing industry
• Attend Digital/E-Commerce seminar to be updated with Market Insights and latest Digital trends
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years exp. in the same field
• Proven content writing or copy writing experience.
• Must have a Master's degree with a relevant digital and/or social media marketing certification
• Should be results-oriented, flexible and creative working under pressure and tight deadlines
• Should possess strong communication and presentation skills
• Presentations of past performances and projects are highly appreciated
