A Dubai based established Real Estate Developer is looking for a female Admin & Sales Coordinator having 3+ years of working experience in the UAE, preferably in Real Estate or have a previous working experience in Real Estate industry.
She should be confident and a well-groomed personality who could readily assume her duties with minimal guidance. She should be proficient in MS Office package and must be fluent in English.
Further, she should would be required skills to perform the following:
- Real Estate marketing research activities
- Follow-up on new leads and referrals resulting from research activity
- Prepare presentations and proposals to clients
- Prepare sales reports including activity, closings etc.
- Answers queries of the clients or guests about the company
- Assisting clients to the waiting area or designated department
- Encoding and filing all incoming and outgoing documents
- Meeting & greeting visitors and ensuring they are signed in and inducted
- Answering calls and forwards to the designated department
- Ensuring that the reception area is tidy and clutter free
- Undertaking general administrative duties i.e. drafting letters, scanning, faxing, filing, ordering office supplies, arranging courier pick up & deliveries etc
- Meticulous in records keeping and maintaining a filing system for all company related documents
- Any ad hoc administrative assignments given by the senior management or directors of the company
