Arcadia School in Dubai is seeking to hire an Admissions Manager with experience in closing sales deals.
About the role
Reporting to the Executive Principal and lead a small team of Parent Relations Officers to support families wishing to apply.
You will be a key front line member of the team, acting as a first point of contact for Admissions, from enquiry through to enrolment.
Responsibilities include:
Visit management.
Enrolment.
Admissions entry tests.
Recording of accurate information in the schools ERP system.
Preparing class lists.
Liaison with key staff members.
Scholarships eligibility.
Fee payment follow up in liaison with Accounts.
Withdrawal formalities and so forth.
Ensure the timely production of accurate and high quality data to support continuous analysis and improvement.
Candidate profile
Well organised, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work as a part of a dynamic and busy team. You will develop in-depth knowledge of the school and the education system.
At least five years’ previous experience in closing sales deals and servicing high net worth individuals.
Experience in working with people from different cultural backgrounds, and you will also be able to build relationships with colleagues and representatives from corporate companies to nursery managers. Western-educated individuals preferred.
The position is full time which includes some work on weekends like open days and school shows.
