IT Technical support Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Install computer programs

Install hardware, software, or peripheral equipment

conduct computer diagnostics to determine nature of problems

Use interpersonal communication techniques

configure computers in industrial or manufacturing setting

use computers to enter, access or retrieve data

use computer networking technology

understand computer equipment operating manuals

Assist co-workers with software problems

Test computer programs or systems

Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.

Job Qualifications and requirements :

Has suitable bachelor degree (preferred computer science)

Must be Male.

experience about 3 years in similar position

Very Good PC and Network skills

Good communication skills

Patient and intelligent to solve problems

Working under pressure.
